FAQ

Lost & Found

Lost & FoundAny personal items left in the Mikvah will be placed on the racks at the top of the stairs. After 1 week all items will be donated to Tzedakah.

Lost cards

Faulty CardUnfortunately, we have no way of tracking lost cards. Should you misplace/lose your card, you will need to obtain a new one at Post Mark-It, and leave another deposit of $10.

Faulty cards

Faulty CardThe only way your Mikvah Card is likely to stop working is if you make a physical change to it, such as drilling a key-ring hole in it. If you do this, your card will not be replaceable and all credit will be lost. Please treat your card carefully to make sure it is not damaged.
